Walter (Wally) Ganzi, Jr. is the Chairman, CEO and Co-owner of The Palm Restaurants and Palm Management Corporation (PMC), which operates 30 fine dining, white tablecloth steakhouses across the United States and Mexico. He is the third generation of the Ganzi family to own and operate the successful company. Ganzi has been an active member of The Palm since their start in Manhattan in the early 1960's.

As CEO, Mr. Ganzi oversees the management of the company, strategic planning and long-term development. Mr. Ganzi is well known for his expertise in fiscal management, development and expansion. Under his leadership, The Palm has grown from one to 30 locations.

Wally has a long-standing relationship with President George H.W. Bush, who encouraged The Palm to open their second location in Washington DC. He later served as Bush's National Finance Co-Chairman for the 1988 presidential campaign. In addition he worked as the finance chairman for the 1989 Presidential Inauguration and served on the planning committee for Bush's recent 80th birthday celebration.

Ganzi is a 1963 graduate of Paul Smith's College, and a 1964 graduate of Denver University. He has also received an honorary doctorate from Johnson & Wales University. He resides in Naples, Florida, has three children and four grandchildren.
